Mike came to the Association in 1998. Prior to directing the Association, Mike pastored in the Kansas City area for twenty years. Mike and his wife, Robbi, are members of NorthBridge Church. Mike and Robbi love to travel and Mike enjoys golf and fly-fishing. They have two children and four grandchildren.

Samuel was born in Guadalajara, Mexico. He began working for the Association in 2003. Prior to that, he pastored for many years and worked for Missouri Baptist Convention in ethnic church planting. Samuel and his wife, Judith, are founding members of Casa de Oración mission. They have two children and three grandchildren. Samuel enjoys playing basketball and cheering for the Chivas (soccer team from Guadalajara).

Dinah served as Ministry Assistant at Grand Oak Mission Center for twelve years prior to becoming Coordinator in January 2007. Before her ministry at Grand Oak, Dinah served as a church secretary. Dinah and her husband, Bob, are members of Webster Park Baptist Church. Dinah and Bob have two daughters and five grandchildren. Dinah enjoys Bluegrass music, camping, and cooking.

Burnace has served with the Association as Financial Secretary since 2004. Burnace has served with the International Mission Board as a journeyman in Zimbabwe. She and her husband, Ed, have two children. Burnace and her family are members of Temple Baptist Church, where she is also church pianist. Burnace enjoys reading and playing the piano.

Patti and her husband, Doug, served with the IMB overseas for 7 years. Now living in Republic, MO, Doug is Senior Pastor of Glenstone Baptist Church, Springfield. They have 2 daughters and 6 grandchildren. Patti loves to travel and shopping.

Doug has been involved in youth ministry in the Association, including YouthQuake, since coming to the area in 1994. He has served for more than 30 years as a Youth Pastor or Associate Pastor in the local church. In 2005, he moved into a part-time missionary position with the local Springfield Area Youth Leaders Network. Doug is married to Clydene and they have four children and one grand child. He continues to be involved in various ways with local church, working with students and leaders or leading worship, and works bi-vocationally for Consumer Credit Counseling Service of the Ozarks. Doug enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, playing guitar and spending time with his family.

Craig is the lead pastor at Harvest Hill Baptist Church in Strafford, MO, which is a church plant that launched in 2010. Before starting Harvest Hill, Craig served on staff at Second Baptist Church in Springfield. He is an 8 year veteran of the United States Air Force, holds a degree in Church Administration from SBU, and is currently working on his Masters degree from Liberty University. Craig is married to Maggie and they are the proud parents of two children, Gigi and Isaiah. Craig loves the local church and has a huge heart for chruch planters and their families. Craig enjoys watching the KC Chiefs and also enjoys doing just about anything outdoors.
Dr. Bob Perry

Bob has served as a foreign missionary in Mexico and a pastor and Director of Associational Missions in Missouri and Virginia. For the past 30 years he has been a consultant and writer for churches and associations and has written on the subject of church health and planning. Bob and his wife Marilyn have three sons and two granddaughters. They enjoy travelling, reading, writing, swimming and walking in the woods at their home near Willard.
